According to BroadwayWorld, the show that got Sara Ramirez her big break is closing.

The play, “lovingly ripped-off” from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, will be presented for the last time on January 18, 2009. Spamalot will have had 1 582 preformances in almostĀ 4 years.
Sara was part of the original cast, playing the role of the Lady of the Lake, for which she won a 2005 Tony Award. This is the part that led her to be seen by ABC execs, who told her to choose a show to appear in.
R.I.P.

OMG it wil be a sad sad day. I saw this play in NY last year. Unfortunately it was not the one with Sara Ramirez, but nonetheless quite good and extremely funny.
